I was hoping you guys could help me find a tiller that will fit my outboard. I know the part number that's a direct fit but is over 800 bucks for a "new" discontinued made part. I found this tiller on eBay http://m.ebay.com/itm/191993851772?...3De11051.m43.l1123%26rvr_id%3D0&ul_noapp=true and was hoping I could make this fit seeing that it's a lot easier on the wallet. And if there's any other brand tillers that will bolt on let me know. I'm able to make minor modifications myself. I'll post a pic of my tag so you have all the info you need. Thanks

I have the same motor, only a 2005 with a tiller. Many of the tiller handles are the same from the mid 90's or a little earlier, to the last years of their production. the same handle should fit from 75hp to 250hp two strokes, but some 4 strokes are different. The differences on the 2 strokes are the shift and throttle cables, these can be the same for the 75 to 125, but will change on bigger motors. On 4 strokes many of the handles will fit yours, but I can't tell you which ones.

Thanks for the info! Ya I would like to find out how different those shift and throttle cables are. I would hate to order it and find out there's no way to fit it. Thanks
