First of all, I lurk here a lot and you guys are awesome. Thanks in advance for any help. Also, thanks for all the help you have unknowingly given me in the past by keeping this forum filled with excellent posts.

I have a problem with my control box. The previous owners have lost all three of the mounting screws and the expanding rubber thing-a-ma-bobs that are in the holes in the side of the boat are disintegrated. I thought I could just google "control box mounting kit" and I could just find some kind of kit to mount this thing. Well I cant find it. Also, those three screws hold the control box itself together.

Can you guys help me figure out what to buy or what to rig up to mount this thing? Additional info below.

I have a 1985 "Jason" fiberglass bass boat with a 1985 60HP Mercury outboard. The control box is side mounted and says quicksilver on it. The ignition, kill switch, trim and trailer buttons are all part of the control box.

This is my control box

Go to Home Depot/Lowes/local hardware store and look at the well nuts. Chose a size that fits the holes in the side walls and matching stainless steel machine screws. http://www.homedepot.com/b/N-5yc1v/Ntk-All/Ntt-well+nuts?NCNI-5&isSearch=true&browsestoreoption=1
