Only one engine as the P/S hook up.

Problem :Hard to turn steering, seems to have Air Bubble stuck in the system, I can not get ride off. When I turn the steering weel right & left very fast
it seems to function OK. I can feel the steering weel freely moving.

I went throught the steps of removing air bubbles with out success.

The power steering reservoir is filled up of oil as per the specs. The Belt is OK. I even switch both P/S Pumps (from 1 engine to the other) thinking the pump
could be defective. No change there also.

I replaced the Power Steering Cylindar Ram, no change there also.

I've read, I think, there is a P/S Cooler somewere on my engine that could be the problem.

Were is it located?
And what is the function of this Oil Cooler in relation with my Power Steering?

I appreciate your help please.
Thank you

The PS cooler cools the PS fluid. If the cooler was bad, you would be getting water in your oil.

It is the first cooler that the water from the outdrive goes into (close to transom) just follow your PS lines

What you are describing isn't an air bubble, I would suspect your actuator or cable bind

Thank you Scott for the precision.
You are referring to actuator, Is this the Cylindar Ram ?
Cable Bind ?
What do you mean by that ?
Sorry French is my 1st language.

The steering cable from the helm to the steering ram. Many times the cable bonds and needs replacing
