Seastar steering controls 137xx vs 147xx

I have a 1972 Chrysler Fury with 70 horsepower outboard. It has a rotary steering system. the cable broke and I'm replacing it with a full kit.
It's a 16' boat

How much difference is there between the 13714 and 14714 rotary cable kit? I ordered the 13714 kit.

Well I went with the SS14714 no feedback kit. The SS137xx kits are for power assisted steering I guess, not sure what would have happened but the SS147xx is also what was recommended by a seastar rep when I called. Too bad it was $65 more and won't be here until Wednesday.
