I have the Commander 2000 Control Box on my Sanger. Thru info provided here Ive learned my problem to be the White Plastic Cam behind the Lever. My question is how do I remove the lever? Do I need to remove the unit from the Side Gunnel or can I access the bolt by removing the plastic cover plate at the base of the lever. Thank you in advance.
To revive some archived Info. My trouble is the Neutral Lock/Trigger. It slides down and locks while in motion. Locking the throttle forward. In order to decelerate I have to pull up on the red trigger. According to schematics there is a Plastic guide behind the throttle that this red mechanism rides on when under way. This guide is likely broken so ive ordered the new part and while at it I am going to replace the grip. Just don't have a manual that covers this Box

Well I got no answer here. But I checked this weekend and found out the answer is No. Turning what could be a 5 minute project into an hour.
