Wellcraft St. Tropez LHX rudder port broken

Out on ride cruise speed 3,200rpm 454's, bang from stern, water pouring in from one of the rudder housings. Cut speed back to 4mph no water limp home.
Seems like crack in rudder port. Can't find on computer photo or images of rubber port at angle of hull and how they are to be replaced (out of water of course).
anyone have info on such a topic? Anyone have this happen to them?

will need pictures. rudder glands are common, need pictures to identify the one you have.
