Can someone give me a part number for these controls?

I have been searching for hours and I can't find a part/model number for these controls. Specifically looking for 16 and 18 in the parts section. I can find lots of part numbers but not sure if they will work with my controls. Up trim stopped working on my switch and looking for a replacement. Thanks again.

Never mind, looks like I found it but the parts are NLA. That said google the parts someone out there might have one

Welcome aboard.

Are you sure the switch is bad? Relays can cause the same problem or a trim limit switch if you have one. Does the trailer switch work, again if you have one?
