New to boating control question

What does each lever do on my controls? I have one like the attached pic. I know the choke button but what lever puts it in gear and what lever is the throttle? Where is F N R? I know the question might sound silly but I don't want to break anything the first time I try and get the old motor started. Thanks

the large lever is F/N/R and throttle . the small lever is throttle only for starting

More info would be straight up, in neutral. Farther forward is forward faster, farther back is reverse and faster. Warm up lever has to be down before shifting.
