Radio Harness Swap

2007 Four Winns Horizon 180. I need to replace the radio.

See attached picture.
How do I disconnect the old wires from the black connector on the harness (right side, bottom of picture) and attach the new radio wires (top of picture) to that black connector ?

Is there a trick to get that black harness apart?

Or do I have to cut the wires and splice the new connector to the black connectors wires?

Unless someone like Crutchfield is making a premade connector, you need to cut a splice
