1995 bayliner ciera 2455, radio quit working. upon checking it out i am getting 12 volts to the harness. when i hook up the harness to the radio it drops to 2.9 volts, any suggestions"

also, i just noticed when we touch fridge we get shocked, could they be related?

Sounds like you lost a ground. Getting shocked is bad news, need to find that issue quick. When the shock happened where you connected to shore power?
