We have a 2000 pontoon (first time boat owner) that worked perfectly fine when we put it away for winter, however when we were getting it ready for the summer, it wont start. We have power to accessories (radio, horn, etc) But no power to engine. We already replaced the ignition switch thinking that may be it as there is power that runs to the ignition switch, but that didn't work. The motor will jump at the selinoid. Any suggestions?? Please!!

with a multimeter test that you are getting power to the solenoid when you turn to start if you are then replace the solenoid if you are not then find the short in the wire from the ignition switch to solenoid

Welcome aboard.

Is the control in neutral? And move the control back and forth a little as you crank.

We have power to the selenoid and the control is in neutral. Does anyone think this may be a kill switch issue? We are completely flabbergasted as to what it could be.

The kill switch kills the ignition, it has nothing to do with the starter operation. If you can jump the starter at the solenoid then the solenoid itself is bad or the smaller wire that runs to the "S" terminal on the ignition switch is disconnected or broken somewhere along the way. As you turn the key to the START position, jiggle the throttle/shift handle. If the starter tries to spin then the neutral start switch is bad/misadjusted.
