Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and had a marine audio question.

I have an old boat (1994 sea ray 200) with a cuddy cabin. Where should I mount my 2 10" JL infinate baffle subs? I have storage under the seats but they have a carpeted curtain covering the entrance to the storage. Not sure if this is the best option. I was thinking I would have them both firing towards the stern mounted under the seats or I could mount one under the starboard driver seat firing forward and one on the port side passenger seat firing backwards. Would this create bass cancelation? Any feed back would be appreciated.

Try and mount them temporarily , run some temp wires, and give it a shot in a few different configurations ... Sounds like a pretty specific problem... U might have to be a forerunner in this field and report back to everyone how it all sounded best
