I have one of these on my boat and its stuck on simulation mode and cant figure out how to get it off I have read the manual and looked on you tube but have found nothing it says transducer is not connected but it is

My Bird acts the same way when I turn it on with the xducer disconnected. If you haven't, try unplugging and look for some cruddy pins. If that doesn't help, examine the cable from the xducer to the head. Maybe it got damaged.

I retraced everything haven't found anything wrong its brand new never been used

Did you try connecting a known good transducer?

Mine was installed with very little slack in the wiring. If taking the unit on or off, the transducer cable might not be tightly connected. Check the back of the unit to make sure the plug end matches up with the socket (and is fully inserted).
