I bought a boat last year and in the boat I found a transducer and wires. I believe they are from a Lowrance depth finder, but am not sure what they all go to (see picture). Then would I be able to use this with a newer model depth finder?

That transducer is indeed an Eagle/Lowrace "skimmer" and can be used with a head unit that has the same connectors, Those were changed several times over the years. The three cable ends are power, transducer and temp/speed. The temperature/speed unit is a separate paddle wheel assembly that goes on the back of the boat. The water temperature sender is built into the paddle wheel assembly.
