navionics premium card

i have navionics premium card, using in 798ci hd si fishfinder. it does not show submerged roadbeds or bridges or i dont know how to set it up. i cant find a phone # for a navionics help tech. anyone know about these problems?

According to link below Hummingbird says that Navionics Platinum and + is not supported, only Nummingbird Maps and Navionics Gold/HotMaps.
