Looking for 3/8-16 brass ground stud, Merc part number, aftermarket?

Disassembling my boat I found one of the bellhousing bolts doubles as a ground stud. I have grounds on either side of the bellousing but only one brass stud and am looking for another as the connection was rusty. The unit is a Merc 5.7 Alpha 1.

I'm going to say it looks like brass but I bet it's cad platted steel. See item 5 in the link below Merc part number 16-64066

Ayuh,..... It ain't brass, it's a steel, doubled ended, shouldered stud,....3/8"-16 on both ends,...
standard studs are course on 1 end, fine on the other,...

Just use abit longer 3/8" bolt,....
