RE-CONDITIONED BATTERIES DISCHARGE

I bought 2 re-conditioned batteries, and I just had a quick question, everything I charge them up to 12.8v, they discharge very quickly. I mean I can watch them discharge while having my meter on the batteries, theY will discharge all the down to 10.8 and stop. Is that normal for re-conditioned batteries..

It is not normal for any battery in good condition. Take them back to where you bought them for a refund, and then buy new ones.

LOL...reconditioned batteries! My guess is they try to flush out some of the junk that floats to the bottom of the battery and then fill with new electrolyte.

10.8 is a bad cell. Probably the same bad cell that caused the original owner of the battery to get rid of it in the first place.
