I have a 20.5ft Stratus, I have 2 livewells and each livewell has 2 pumps (total of 4). I believe there are 2 livewell pumps and 2 aerator pump. I know the livewell pump, pumps water in the livewells, and the aerator pump re-circulates the water. I was told that these pumps are one in the same and there is no difference in the two, Two questions, 1. Can I run one pump to fill both livewells, and 2. can I still contol the aerators separately to each well.

If it is already set up correctly why change what works. Just so you know, one fill pump for two live wells would work only if the tanks were identical in size. You could of course use one pump with a valve that directs water to one tank, then switch to fill the other. Again -- why bother as the setup is perfect as it is.
