Rodbolt yamaha charging ?

I believe it was you rodbolt who informed me that my 2004 yam 150 4stroke has a built in rectifier for running 2 batteries and charging them simultaniously while running but isolating them when the engine is off. If this is correct, and I believe it is, will both batteries see the same charging current when the engine is running?<br />The reason I ask is that the battery used for accessories, the one connected to the 10ga wire, does not seem to get a full charge as quickly as the starting battery.

the engine has the fubction, I have no idea if the rigger used it, the output is technically the same for both the engine and the isolator leads however differences in batteries may affect charging rates. an ammeter check can tell.
