I would probably invest in a voltmeter for starters. You will need to see where the power is getting to. Is there anything getting power in the boat that is hooked up to that battery? Could be something as simple as a bad fuse under the dash or as difficult as a mice chewed wire somewhere in the harness. I would clean all my terminals, check the battery, and check fuses first.....and see where that goes.
I just pulled out a rats nest of wiring in my Lowe and re-ran and got rid of extra stuff that had been spliced in. The voltmeter was invaluable in figuring out what you have going on.
