tachometer question

I have this tachometer Westberg twintach. Called the company they said they have no info they stopped making them in the mid 60's. Should it have a sending unit ,only two screws ,no ground?Are they both hooked up to magnetos I have two golden javelins only want to use one this summer how do I do that and what is missing here. That is not a tachometer. It is a synchronizer.
It tells you which engine of the pair is running faster than the other.
The 60 on the end of the scale is 60rpm, not 6000rpm.
Its purpose is to get both engines synchronized at the same rpm so the beating hum doesn't drive you crazy.

Originally, it was connected to both engines.
You can use it as a Tach, but only as long as you do not rev your single engine above 60 rpm. :facepalm:
