What are these on my switch panel?pics

I wanted to see if anyone could tell me what these are on my switch panel. It looks to be some outlet for something. Also there is that black thing that looks like a rolo. What are these and if you look at the switchs I have can they be taken apart so I can take them out of the wood panel? Thanks

Silly, but can you make out anything on the plate? Very different with a two prong connector. Almost looks like a plug for a removable stern light.

2 pin DC connector for VHF, CB and old marine radios.

I think that it's a plug that some one added for some sort of accessory.
The knobs should unscrew from your switched, then just remove the nut and pull the switch out the back.
The "rolo" looks a lot like a fuse holder. Normally you would push in on the knob, rotate to the left and pull out.
