1. Yes, unless the switches are already daisy-chained, in which case you wouldn't need the + bus bar. However, if the wire used to daisy-chain them is less than 10 gauge, I would remove it and use the + bus bar.
2. Use whatever order makes for the shortest jumper wires and least crossing over.
3. You can use 16 gauge for every circuit except high-draw ones. However, if you have something like an amp for your stereo, you should run its power leads directly to the battery or battery switch rather than running it through the buses anyway.
