1970 Johnson 115 charging

Alright, so, I dabble in control voltage for work and started rewiring my boats electrical, but I'm wondering if I should get a second battery and a battery isolator; my question is:

Would the alternator in this motor be enough to recharge both batteries?

no the motor only puts out about 6 amps at wot so it will not be able to recharge 2 batteries plus battery isolator's are old school (unless you are referring to a battery selector switch) today we use acr (automatic charging relays).
