1989 bass tracker switch panel questions

Can someone tell me what all the switches are
Are the white ones push buttons they are dry rotted and if I touch them they desinigrate
As you can see I touched the bottom left
Is the orange one a push button?
I was hoping someone was familiar with the panel so I don't have to remove it and try to trace all the wires

The ones with the white covers appear to be circuit breakers.

I have agree they look like circuit breakers with the rubber cover's. The switch's you can still read what they do on 5 of them so the 6th is probably the live well.

Had an idea of finding a boat local and calling the seller
In looking I found this pic
I can read the panel names
What would be the third one down on the left ? Lights

interior lights. ones that shin inside the boat so when you are fishing you don't trip over all the junk in the boat.

Any idea what amperage each circuit breaker is?

The MASTER POWER breaker is probably 20 or 30 amps. The others are all probably 10 amps. Stick your head under the there and look for the manufacturer and part numbers on the breakers. Then google that info.
