Is there a way to test tachometer?so far I have tried hooking grey wire to yellow wire from stator and I ran a wire from yellow/stator wire directly to the tachometer and its not working.it worked just before I switched outboards.i went from a 90 hp to a 70hp,90 was an evinrude and the 70 is a johnson.i switched dial on tach to 3p.any ideas?
