Ok I have 1983 cheetah with 87 Johnson 150hp motor my wife bought it for me on birthday an it needs alittle work but first I need to get it running I was told it sat for three yrs after the motor was rebuilt the guy ran a tank of gas an parked it when I got it there are four battery's but two are not hooked up the throttle seems a little stiff an then I have never owned a boat of this type how to find out positive from negative there is a trolling motor but there is rust marks leaking from the housing disconnected wires not sure where they go an what they go to trying not to take it to the boat shop with five kiddos it's not very easy to throw that kinda money around for something I can learn on my own all info welcomed thank you for your time
