Installing humminbird 998c si council and 958 at bow

I was wondering what size wires I should run from cranking battery to feed these two units? I also was wondering if I need to send GPS signal to each unit or if it is done through the either net connection?

I was looking at these few days ago. Not sure if you have the
manuals or not but looked like all you need is at these links.
