What did you do just prior to this happening? If you messed with the wiring at the batteries you did it wrong. You troubleshoot and fix whats wrong. Don't reolace parts hoping you get lucky. Replacing the switch won't solve a thing if you had messed with the wiring or if one of the two batteries has gone bad. You didn't mention it, but this IS a 24 volt motor we are talking about -- right?????
