I just bought 4 of these switches to replace the old worn out or non working switches in my Smoker Craft. Are these supposed to illuminated all the time? I thought they were only lit while the switch is in the "on" position. There is no wiring diagram with the switches and while Seachoice's web site does have some wiring diagrams, they do not show one for these switches either. There are 3 terminals on the back. The top right is #7 wich I think is ground or 12V-. The very bottum left is marked #3 and the terminal directly above it is marked #2. Does anybody out there know the correct wiring for these switches and know if they are only supposed to light while in the "on" position? Thanks for any advice.

You have the wires to terminals 2 and 3 reversed.

7 is ground for the light, 2 is power in from the fuse, 3 is power out to the load
