Any one here using an Icom IC m710 ?

I'm not sure if I am having audio problems. I am told mine sounds tinny, might need a new microphone possibly ?

Either that or it's the way you are holding the mike. Try closer, farther away, straight on, angled, etc. and see if that makes a difference.
