I am new to this website and to the boating world. I have received as a gift an old boat with some work needed to be done. In regards to the engine much of the internal wires are corroded and have rusted. I have seen many posts towards this subject. I really dont have the money to buy another harness for 160 bucks. I have seen that the wires can be replaced and I do have a manual with all the connections mapped out. what kind of wires should I use to rewire it?
