Power Trim Switch on Throttle/Gear Handle - 200 Yamaha

I apologize in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I'm certainly a novice to the forum.

I have a 1991 200 Yamaha motor. The power trim switch on the gearshift/throttle handle is toast... fell apart. Is this an absolute "technician" replace item or is it diy? If so, where would I get information on the part needed and how to replace. Thanks in advance to anyone who offers help.

Shouldnt be too hard to replace yourself.Part# is 703-82563-02-00 TRIM & TILT SWITCH ASSY. around $55 from Hardcore Marine Florida.
