I've been looking into this for about a month, and have not been able to find anything.

24' Superboat
300hp v8 Johnson
Panther electirc lift (model 30 or 300 if I recall, boat is an hour away)

well last season the power lift stopped working. It was stuck fairly high thankfully. Well this year after tearing into it I find the switch to be in working order, as well as the lift itself. After a few hours I discovered the Relays were not working. There are two of them in a plastic box. I pulled them out and they appeared to be covered in epoxy, with a small circuit board at the bottom. Both relays are 5 prong as per the diagram on top of them.

The lift motor is a 2 wire setup, so goes one way by hooking it up to power and ground, and the other way by reversing the wires. My problem is that I am not sure how to wire up new relays. My guess is that they both are neutrally ground, and when you activate one relay it turns to power.

here's my best guess diagram
