Hey folks,
My first post and Im relatively new to boating. Im buying a new Jon boat and will be doing a conversion to it, Ill have a trolling motor and some lighting and other electronics. Ill have two batteries and looking at a onboard charger, hoping someone could offer some insight. Im looking at Promariner promar 10 amp dual battery or a NOCO Genm2 8 amp 2 bank. I know one is 10 and one is 8 but aside from that which one would be better or is there even much of a difference. I want to have it in a compartment and leave it in the boat and just plug it in when I get back home after fishing all day.

Mod EDIT: Iboats is an online retailer that carries the NOCO Genius charger you linked elsewhere (link removed) and the Promar too

At least try to support the generous host of this free forum. Also note, on many products forum members get a discount, and iboats does offer price matching on most products.
