1 Bank Or 2 Bank charger?

I have a (possibly dumb) question: if you had a setup like this Blue Sea Systems 7650 (or perhaps the 7649 max 65amp outboard version), what do you do about an onboard charger? Is there a place in bruceb58's post #5 diagram where you can hook up a one-bank charger that charges both batteries? Or do you still use a 2-bank charger?
