OMC ESA to Electronix ignition

1988 OMC Cobra 2.3L
I want to go to electronic ignition i found a used distributor with the electronic ignition alreadty installed for my boat and i wanted to know if this is the part i need to make the ESA work right

If anyone else wants to know, the correct ESA module to use when you convert to electronic ignition for 1988 OMC Cobra 2.3L (and others)
CDI Electronics P/N 123-9898-P
or the newer and made for higher amp coils model
CDI Electronics P/N 123-9800
They both require Ballast Resisters but the stock wire resister was fine for mine with stock coil
These parts replace OEM P/N 982749, 982755, 982774, 984036, 984276, 987281, 981730, 981740, 985902, 986342, 986837, 987738, 987739, 987740
