Hi all great forum many hours of reading but still can't reach a solution.
I am trying to wire a yamaha trim/tilt gauge to a johnson V4 85.
The problem i have is this
The gauge has 7 wires coming form it. On the schematic for the control box it only shows 3 wires going to the Trim/tilt gauge. see attached.
Please advise on which wires i connect.
on the gauge i have two groups of wires 1 set has a black a yellow and a blue. These all have male bullets (Think these are standard on the yam harness)
The second group has 1 pink (Female Bullet) 1 black (male bullet) 1 grey (female bullet) and 1 Orange (Female bullet)
Please help if you can. if you have a yam schematic that may be help full.
