Vapor?

Fuel?

Alarm? So you dont have to run the bilge fan before start up?

Or more of a typical auto bilge (for water) coming on and off regularly as needed automatically when it detects fuel vapor?

I want alarm siren and warning light for instrument panel for high water and fuel vapor in bilge if there is such a thing.... whether it controls the blower or bilge pump is not required / icing on cake.

I don't have a fuel vapor detection system currently. the boat had a sniffer but it is inoperative. the blower is manually operated right now. the bilge pump has an internal flapper on it.

with family on boat/skiing, pulling tube (multiple engineshutdown/crank cycles), camping over night....I would feel better with high water alert and anytime vapor alarm detection

thanks`!

eta: doesn't need to be automatic pump or blower on... is there a combo alarm system? or is it buy a system for each issue... (high water/ explosive fuel vapor)

If I have to buy two systems...one for fuel vapor with auto blower turn on AND highwater detection with auto bilge on...so be it.

looks like 2-300 dollars for each type or system....

the boat is an old 26 footer

I can somewhat understand an alarm for vapors...maybe, but why an alarm for bilge? I mean it can be a self serving bilge system and then you don't have to worry about it at all. :noidea:

No Title

I simply hooked up an indicator light to the power for my bilge pump. It lights up when the float switch activates or when I use the manual position on the control switch.
