Pretty sure if you go to Humminbird's website you can type in or search for your display model and they will state which transducers will work with it.

If the photo with the part number was in focus someone might be able to read it.
Google that part number.

A picture of the plug on the other end would be more useful.

No Title

This is the connector, As far as I can tell it is quadbeam.
64 osby, it does not come with the display, it come with the boat and it is better then the one I have for 788Ci, so I keep it, I need to buy a mount for it as it is broken.
That is the clearest picture I can take, the word itself is burr on the cable.

I found out what it is. the model is XT-6-TB-90-P-03-02.
it is an old quadbeam. I wonder should I replace it with the tranducer that come with my fish finder. 788CI with only dualbeam.

On crappie.com there are some who knows more about DF/FF and transducers than most. I asked over there and here is the response:
"Yes it will work with 788. I know because I used one. However I never could get it to work properly with an 859 C. But it would work with an 899C. Sent the 859 back to Humminbird 3 times and they could not get it to work either. had to send them pix of the 899 using the quad and the 859 using it. Trouble with the 859 it would only read one side.

so I am assuming ( hate that word ) that most of the older generation core units are ok with the quad beam. The newer core units you are taking a gamble. Even if it lists the quad beam as an option in the transducer menu. It might not function correctly."
