Depth gauge

I need to put a digital depth gauge in my boat. 2" round type, do not care about water temp etc. read about a number of brands and looked at reviews numerous places. Not many are well reviewed and it does not seem like price makes much difference. Recommendations?

Most all the digital depth finders I've seen have temp with them. The temp causes them to only be able to be used either transom mount or thru hull.
I would recommend the Lowrance. I installed a Hawkeye model on my PWC and had to send it back twice, finally gave up and had the factory Seadoo model installed.

The one GA boater has listed could be much better, I just had a bad time with the make

some of them" they wont tell you this before purchase. Will not work at higher speeds.
