I have a two inch hole in my dash that I would like to put a trim guage in. I have thei 90 HP ETEC and there are two wires coming from the trim sensor which I would guess is just a variable resistor. I see these teleflex trim guages on Ebay fro abotu 20 bucks but I sent a message and the guy didn't have a clue about wiring. Does anybody have experience with these guages? I also have a gas gauge that pegs the wrong way intermittently. I have to smack it every once in a while. Do I need a new guage or is this likely a connection?
