Hello everyone,
I have a Johnson outboard with a ois 2000 ignition system. I admit I made a major rookie mistake by leaving the ignition on over night. Well now my key cranks when the key is in the on position (not the start position) and the gauges don't work until you put in in gear. I disconnected the neutral safety switch and it will crank normally ( in the start position but then I have no safety switch or gauges ) and I also replaced the rectifier with no luck. Dose anyone have an idea of what it could be? I will also provide a picture of my key diagram.
