I have a bunch of 10 oz e glass cloth left from a previous project at work left ,bag full of 4" by 50" strips and about 15 yards of 50" on a roll. My question is what's the difference in strength of 10 oz eglass cloth once wetted out and cured compared to 1708 .

It's a little more than 1/2 as strong and you'll need to make sure and lay a layer of 1.5 oz csm down prior to the 10oz to get a proper bond. Soooo to get about the equivalent strength you'd need to lay down 2 layers of each and THAT would also mean twice the amount of resin. It would however me quite a bit stronger.
