questions about my boat and some spots on the finish

I have a 1967 sears runabout fiberglass boat and im replacing the transom and ive always noticed some small hairline lines in the boat hull in a few places and im wandering what they are from and what I could do about them or if they are something to worry about
all the gelcoat is gone and im going to wet sand it and buff it back out so im wandering it that might help
ill post some pictures

Looks to me as the typical gel coat cracking seen in a lot of boats. I have never repairs such cracking myself never having a boat with such an issue. But I would assume you sand it down until you remove all the hairline cracks and then either reapply the new gel coat or prime and paint. Others will chime in and get their ideas I'm sure... JMHO!
