Hmmm, Since you are using a Foam Core for the Stringers In my opinion you need to use a Biaxial fabric to cover the foam core and a heavy weight. At least 17oz and a minimum of 4 layers. The stringers are the critical structural support elements for the hull and since the foam will only be the Form and the glass will be what is carrying most of the load it is imperative that you build up bulk to carry this load. Biaxial cloth is very strong and 4 layers will yield approximately 1/4" of glass and that should be sufficient to carry the load. Or you could use the old school 24 oz woven roving to build bulk but it's a bit harder to work with.

Yes that would be about 17oz's. If you use 4 layers of that you should be plenty strong enough.;) Your tabbings out onto the hull should extend a minimum of 6".

Am I missing something and I usually do. It looks like the material for the stringers is what we call "Azek" here in the states.

as i can see on google, the azek is a type of pvc, what we use is a type of polystyrene ;)

What does it mean the term "tabbings"? :p

Tabbings means the portion of the glass that extends from the stringer down onto and out onto the bottom of the hull. The first layer should extend about 3" and each layer extend a bit more until you get to about 6-8". The wide base ensures the load is distributed well across the hull.

oh thanks! got it, you are really helpful! now i have a dubt, the plywood going to be only glued with the stingers or is it necessary to put some screws? because They will seal only on the fiberglass layers (under of it there is only polystyrene)

Glue only should be fine you'll be tabbing the deck to the sides of the hull as well and she'll be plenty strong and stable.

a guy suggested us to enclose a piece of wood where we are going to put the screws, after this we will fiberglass the stingers:)

here we are with our last works:
we cut the floor (oukume marine plywood 1/8") and glued it on the structure with a mixture of polyester resin and paper cellulose. with the same mixture we filled the slots on the edges of the floor:

we cut off the top cover of the boat, now there isn't the helm (we prefer an open boat for fishing), and, after we glued it at the hull, we rebuilt the walls with thin plywood for the shape and 1/8" marine plywood for the finishing: photo233312.jpg photo233313.jpg

then we built a locker on the bow (for the anchor, life jackets etc) with two layer of 1/8" marine plywood:

and this is the current progress of the boat: we stratified all with 2 layers of epoxy fiberglass, sanded all, sprayed with epoxy primer, fixed the imperfection with filler, and re-sanded:

next step: painting!
