patch holes in transom from old transducers

Old owner removed transducers and just put caulk in holes.took putty knife and it came right out.what should I use to fill the holes?also have some small gouges on side of boat less than 1/2 inch,they don't go through fiberglass.could I use same thing to fill that I put in holes?Thanks for the help.

If it's white, I'd recommend PC-11. Get it at Ace Hardware. Use it for both applications.
