Fibers layed on the inside of the keel in front and back section off the boat.
Got all the holes and cracks sorted on the inside😄

Now working on the floor, ouch my back, getting in and out the boat for test fitting and cutting 😅

Also started sanding the outside off the keel, prepping for peanutbutter and fibers 😊
She's coming along, slowly but steady.

been a while with the updates, but work is progressing.
pics i suppose will tell the story better:
putting fiber in;

prepping the floor panel;

putting it in with the peanut butter mix

fibers on it

prepping the dash to smooth it out

extra layer of fibers

new gauges to go in there after it is finished

test fitted the horn

filling up holes from the outside

before;

after;

now smoothening outside out, filled some more scratches and holes with the peunut butter mix.
need to put some layers of fiber on it to make it nice and smooth.

Finally have the floor in,and have it water tighed ( forgot the camera so no pics )
Formed the bilge in the floor.
Up next is the foaming of the hull.
And then an extra layer of fiber to top it off.

Then the outside will be next :)

Drilled holes in my new floor, and filled it up with 2 component foam.

Already started on the interior, back bench frame done.
Now carpet can be orderd, not sure about the color yet.
Thinking about light grey or grey.

Will make some pictures Son.

pics of the progress:

Pics look a bit wors then it actually is, Due to all the color differances
now need to grind it smoother, ordered topcoat RAL9002 ( greywhite ) to finish it.

carpet needs to be ordered for the floor and finish the benches.

new cover and interior for the winter period to be sorted out.
Won't be boating this year, finish it before next season and then the whole year using it.

topcoat is in, so now the inside is waterproof :)

bilge extra in the topcoat:

fitting the back bench, like a glove!

going for a grey carpet and black vinyl seating, that will be the next challenge for the inside.
the bench will become an L-seating.

now only fiberglassing the bottom and the dashboard and then finished with the fibers.
after that the outside can be attacked for a new paint job.

made the discission to keep the boat out of the water this years and finish it before next season.
young kids, holidays and work AND fixing up a boat has been a struggle on finding the time.
but slowly and steadily moving forward, and next year is only boating :)

Long time since i've posted, however managed to do some work in between posts.
Benches are in, carpet lying is next.
Outside is ready for anti fouling.
In 10 days going on vacation, and after my vacation she's going to swim again.
Lets hope she stays afloat 😜

I've been following along and think your doing a great job. The interior is looking good. Look forward to seeing her back in the water as I'm sure you are as well.

RJ,
I like it, the lines on this boat look like its going fast when sitting still! Looks good, and its going to feel good cruising the seas once again, only dry this time!

Wow, ReD......how ever did you think of that?

Congrats :clap2:

Sweet!! She looks real good. The carpet turned out nice too. I'm sure it's good to have her home.

Really nice job!

She's afloat!!
Had an issue with the outboard engine, it didn't go in forward.
So had to go backwards into the spot, readjusted the lever for the forward,neutral and backwards and now she's ready to go.
To bad the weather over here is s*~t, only rain.
First using the boat for the season, and then next year the electronics and painting.
