New Floor in 1989 Crestliner 16' Fishing Boat

Well, we have the flotation in. Also ran a PVC pipe that I can snake the electric cables to the front bow and keep them concealed as well. Now we are on to the plywood floor. I know Arauco seems to be the plywood of choice but the two places that I can shop locally (Lowe's and Menard's) don't have it. What does everyone think about this stuff? Also what Epoxy is recommended and how much do I need?

A lot of the guys use the 3-1 635 Epoxy resin from U S C O M P O S I T E S.com

Thanks Wood. I will be sure to buy that epoxy. One thing I read about epoxy is that you need to protect it from UV light. If I'm planning to carpet over the wood with outdoor carpet, will that be sufficient to keep it out of the UV rays?
