1987 Larson Citation 165 Seat replacement???

Hello all, Well spring time is here in MN finally and because of the cold winter my boat project has been on hold I am working on my 1987 Larson Citation 165. I have removed the back to back seats and now want to install pedis and a captains seats. I currently have the drivers installed but a little apprehensive on the install because of seat satiability?? It feels a little loose and there is a very slight wobble. Any tips or suggestions on creating a stable seat base?

IF the deck is solid and not spongy then I'd recommend glassing in a built up base with T-Nuts on the bottom so you can bolt the pedestal bases in instead of using screws. Something like this...
